They work exclusively with reliable professionals who deliver quality repairs at fair prices. All vendor invoices are documented and included in your monthly Owner Statement, accessible through your online portal, often with photos of completed work for added verification.

Our preferred vendors also act as on-site inspectors, helping identify Tenant lease violations and property concerns during visits. Many have partnered with RRM for over 10 years, reflecting their commitment to trusted, long-term relationships. RRM does not accept surcharges, kickbacks, or rebates, ensuring honest and competitive pricing. Unfortunately, when Owners utilize home warranty companies, they do not have these value-added services.
